Shipping Information

At altruist we exchange and process returns, no questions asked. All returns are to be made within 7 days of receiving the product, giving you enough time to try on your product in the comfort of your home and return it hassle-free. We are here to guide you a long the process. The item must obviously not be used or returned in another condition than it was received. All security tags must not be removed, if so we will then assume that the item was worn and it will therefore be returned to you. For ring sizing, there is a size chart available for download or ring sizer that can be requested so that you can measure the ring size for the finger that you choose. Certain rings can also be resized at your local jeweler if needed. We do our best to describe the product sizes, colors, and lengths. Delivery Time

Please note that some of our items are made to order. Due to the wide variety in ring sizes and metal colors, and stone colors, pieces that are made to order require a 4 week delivery if the item is not in stock. If you need your order shipped by a specific date, please send a note with your order or e-mail us at info@altruist.nyc and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. 

In stock orders ship same business day.

Domestic Orders

Free 2 Day Express Shipping

35$ Overnight Shipping

We offer UPS 2-Day Express shipping for all domestic orders. To protect your jewelry, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider, Parcel Pro. We also offer UPS Overnight shipping for $35.

Sales tax is charged to orders by law at each local tax rate.

We do not offer return labels on returns.

International Orders

We offer UPS Express shipping for all international orders. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider, Parcel Pro.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional customs charges. To estimate the Taxes & Duties for your country, you may use the Duty Calculator. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but rest assured we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & EXCHANGES

We offer returns & exchanges on items, no questions asked. Please contact info@altruist.nyc for a return address. We do not offer free return labels.

At altruist our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible, enjoy your shopping experience, but mostly love what we have to offer. We have a goodwill policy, and will always make our policies to ensure that our customers needs are attained to and that you are refunded for any product that you find faulty or do not love as much as we do.
